Shipping Policy (Comprehensive & Global)

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

At Vero Zyro, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. We partner with the world's most reliable logistics providers (including SMSA, Aramex, DHL, and FedEx) to ensure your shoes reach you wherever you are.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Processing vs. Shipping: Please note that "Processing Time" is different from "Shipping Time."

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and Public Holidays).

  • High Season Delays: During high-volume periods such as Ramadan, Eid, or new collection launches, processing times may extend up to 3-5 business days.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. Once shipped, you will receive your Tracking Number.

3. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

A. Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) & GCC Countries

  • Estimated Delivery: 2-5 Business Days.

  • Special Note for Qatar: As per our policy, a one-time size exchange is allowed specifically for orders inside Qatar.

B. International Shipping (USA, UK, Europe, & Rest of World)

  • Estimated Delivery: 7-15 Business Days depending on customs clearance.

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination.

4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

  • Verification: Our courier may contact you via SMS or WhatsApp to confirm your location. Please keep your mobile active.

  • No Partial Delivery: You cannot open the package to try the shoes before paying the courier. If there is a size issue, you can initiate a return as per our policy.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Vero Zyro is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • Customer Responsibility: All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

  • International Returns: If you are returning an item from abroad, you must clearly mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid unnecessary customs fees.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.

  • Correction Window: If you notice a mistake, please contact us at info@verozyro.com within 2-4 hours of placing your order.

  • Liability: Vero Zyro is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the courier’s website.

8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Vero Zyro is not liable for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the courier but reported lost or stolen by the customer. In such cases, a claim must be filed directly with the carrier.

9. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

We take quality seriously.

  • Company Responsibility: If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, Vero Zyro will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Reporting: Please take photos of the damaged packaging and contact us immediately at info@verozyro.com
