At Vero Zyro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. This policy outlines the rules and procedures for returns and refunds, complying with international consumer protection standards.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
In accordance with our commitment to quality, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

Packaging: It must be in the original packaging (original shoe box) with all tags and labels attached.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (Order number).
Non-Returnable Items: Returns are not accepted for change of mind, cheaper product found elsewhere, disliked color, gift purchases, or damaged/modified items. However, one size exchange is allowed inside Qatar.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process, please follow these steps:

Provide Details: Include your Order Number and the reason for the return (e.g., defective, wrong size).

Approval: Once reviewed, we will send you a Return Authorization and instructions.

Shipping: Pack the items securely and send to: Doha, Qatar (Warehouse Address).
3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Item: If the product is defective or the wrong item was sent due to our error, Vero Zyro will cover the return shipping costs.

Size Exchange: For size exchanges, the customer may cover the cost of return shipping.
4. Refunds
Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Timeline: Please allow 7-14 business days after inspection for the refund to reflect in your account.

Methods: Refunds are issued to the original payment method, store credit, or via bank transfer (valid for accounts in Qatar).

Original Shipping Fees: Non-refundable unless the product was defective or the order was cancelled before shipping.
5. Exchanges and International Returns

Exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order. Direct exchange depends on stock availability.

International Returns: Mark the package clearly as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs fees.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
